If your microwave oven is not working properly then don’t through it follow the steps given below you may save a fair amount just by following them.
Step 1: Disconnect Power and Takeout Moving Parts
Assure that power cable is not connected and then eliminate the accelerating part from the microwave oven.
Step 2: Open the Back Protection
In most of the devices, there is 1 screw on the left side and 2 screws on the right side. It is very easy to remove them with the help of normal screwdriver; a stellar screwdriver is required to take out the 4 screws at the back of the oven.
Step 3: Examine the Fuse First
Examine the fuse first just next to opening the back cover. It is examined with the help of resistor tester used to examine that the fuse resistance value is infinity or not. In this case, it is only required to replace the fuse of the oven.
Step 4: Check the Entrance Switches
Generally, in the microwave oven, there are 3 switches. Examine all of them one by one if they are working fine or not.
Step 5: Perceive Inside of the Switch
After examining all the three switches, to verify these switches open switch. Check whether if they are broken or not. If any plastic is found burnt, replace it.
Step 6: Purchase the part to be replaced
If any switch is found damaged, purchase it from any resource you want and fix it accordingly and then recheck it.
Step 7: Fix the Fresh New Switch
Connect wires to the new fresh switch and just reverse the operation as done earlier. Tighten all the screws which are taken out earlier and close the back cover along with it place the moving parts back and now connect to the power and the oven will work fine.
In many cases, the capacitor inside the oven gets damaged; it is required to replace it. The capacitor is on the back side lower turn and sometimes it is also covered with some kind of plastic sheet.
